On the Personal Side |

My daughter Keysha and I were very lucky to have
left London Heathrow Airport less than 2 hours
before the terrorist plot to blow up 10 planes was
unveiled.
On a brighter note, in the picture you can see
children having fabulous fun before boarding our
Singapore Airlines flight. Kudos to SIA to providing
this wonderful play space for our children in the
pre- boarding area departure gate.

Discover What to Say in 15 Normally Awkward
Common Situations
|
|
|
|
Earlier this year I was interviewed by Yanni Tan for
an article in Simply Her Magazine about how to say
the right thing and avoid foot-in-the-mouth
situations.
In it I answer questions about how to:
- Warn a friend about garlic breath
- Disagree with your mother-in-law
- Reject a friends request to borrow money
- Express sympathy to a colleague about a
death in the family
- Start a conversation at a posh dinner
- Make small talk with your ex
- Stop someone from cutting into a queue in
front of you
